Certifications

One of IACIT's greatest merits is the constant work to improve its methods, organization and quality when developing its products. Always working towards excellence and continuous improvement has ensured important certifications for our company.

IACIT has several certifications, including CMMI DEV/3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration—Maturity Level 3 for version 2.0), ISO 9001—version 2015, and Certification as EED (Strategic Defense Company).

CMMI Maturity Level 3 for version 2.0 attests to the company's ability to develop and evolve systems with the best market practices. The model aims to help organizations that develop products and provide services, making their processes more effective. CMMI organizes actions that are proven efficient to help the organization to set goals and priorities in the improvements it needs to apply.

ISO 9001—version 2015 is issued to companies that are well managed. The certification was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and provides for a series of quality standards that can be applied to companies, products, and services. ISO 9001 was launched in 1987, as a result of the consolidation of several experiences with national standards of quality management systems, which have helped companies to increase efficiency and their customers' satisfaction.

EED certification is granted to companies accredited to offer products and services to the Armed Forces. According to the Ministry of Defense, which issues the certification, EED is considered to be part of the Defense Product production chain and to meet some specific conditions, such as the purpose, in its objects clause, of carrying out activities of research, project, development, industrialization, and service provision, in art. 10 of Law 12,598.

These certifications achieved by IACIT confirm that striving for quality, one of the company's values, is what inspires us to develop and manufacture the products and systems. It also places IACIT as one of the main companies in the technology market.
