The station ATIS is a monochannel station that continuously transmits in VHF, information about local weather conditions, landing and taking off runaways, NOTAMS, adverse weather conditions, regional aid-radios conditions, etc.

The ATIS station is composed of three parts:

• Central announcer installed in the Airport Control Tower
• ATIS equipment with a transmitter and a Digital announcer in a standard 19” rack.
